Thurmann, Stick a metal skewer through it. The metal heats up and heats the potato from with-in, as well as cooking from the outside.

SSN686, Just got home from fest. We had a great time til the rain started, but fun was had by all. We wish we could have stayed longer, but it was too cold with the rain.

debander, While dizzy pig is the best, I do love John Henry's Maple Sugar Rub. I even got to meet him at eggtoberfest 2005. Its great on chicken, flank steak, Salmon, ABT's, and a bunch of other stuff I'm sure.

BBQBluesStringer, Try using the egg to cook some of the healthier foods. Grilled Salmon, Tuna, Chicken. If you make meatloaf or burgers, use half lean ground beef and half ground turkey. Lots of fresh veggies. Continue to eat the other stuff too, j…
