  • Staton, What about the temp of the bird (stuffing?) prior to cooking. Room temp or just out of the fridge? Just askin.

  • GriffinGaDawg, What's the temp up to now?
  • dhuffjr, Thats too good. Do you suppose those new electronic voting machines have auger pellet feed and temp control??
  • RittmanRod, Ok, lets have a show of hands. Well I guess thats about everyone. I wish the vote next week was this easy.[p]
  • GriffinGaDawg, LOL, What ya got there you see is a twice baked butt. Hang in there.
  • GriffinGaDawg, It will be worth the wait. When you start the pull and take that first well deserved bite. It is soooo worth the wait.
  • GriffinGaDawg, Sounds like you have actually lost 2 degrees since your last post. Is that correct? If you're needing to add fire now then you probably did not have enough heat to get past the 165-170 plateau. Bummer. Pour on the coals, kick up the h…
  • Tom B. (EggSport), I have repaired my Lg using a product called marine tex. Its a grey epoxy based putty used for emergency hull repairs to boats. Even works under water. Mix the 2 parts together and use as a thick glue or molds to any shape. I even…
