it is double foiled with beef broth with a few towels on top. Guess i will let it rest a bit more and slice and of course drizzle with the juices in the foil.

not by allot and i am not talking cracking i am talking big chunks of glaze falling off !! And from what i can see the egg is made of the same glaze and also cook at the same temps so all in all same product!
shit and i have it here up north in CANADA no wonder it broke !! maybe they should add another clause in the warranty that Canadians must not use!! :laugh:
