I have never heard of neapolitan-style pizza so I did a search....wow that is crazy high temps....seems like the same could be acomplished with an increase in time and a decrease in temp...but any way, in answer to your question, I dont have one
The ones I did were from Sam's and were the frozen king crab legs that are pretty much pre cooked. I just set the egg to 350 and put them on the grid until hot...about a half hour I think...turned out great!!
your right so many different ideas from so many different people. The way I do it is I go to 195, wrap it in foil, wrap it in a couple old towels and stick it in a cooler for about an hour to rest. after the rest it is ready to shred or "pull…
Mickey...the meat is two chuck eye roasts, and I am cooking at 250 dome, which turned out to be 215 at the grid. The recipe for this cook is on page two of the beef section. It is Clay's Pulled Beef.
More pics to come as the cook marches on...
Hey thanks for the info on the music!! It sounds like something I would really enjoy. One of these days I am gonna learn to cook a brisket like that...looks amazing!!
If you really want to get some good stuff, go across the boarder into Canada and get some Maple Leaf. It is awesome stuff. They sell it at a store called Home Hardware but they will not export it. I have used it twice and loved it both times. Un…
Not west MI...Mid MI here and I get Royal Oak at Menards. As for wood chunks if you find a spot let me know. I have mail ordered but shipping is high. I just got a ton of apple from a downed tree, but when that is gone I will be on the hunt for s…
I used to play MW2 all the time but I got frustrated with the inconsistant play. One time my weapon was one shot one kill, the next time it was like I was using an airsoft gun. I also got REALLY tired of the glitching with the airstrikes and stuff…
Little Chef..I agree completly...I liked how sticky it was...just TOO sweet for me. I only tried the one jar as I can't get it in Michigan and had to order it. I did just order two bottles of Carnivore, one sweet, one robust. I am looking forward t…
Just a question....if you dont like sweet how is it you like Blues Hog?? I ordered a jar of Blues Hog a while ago and found it WAY too sweet for my liking, and I love Sweet Baby Rays. Did I get a bad jar of sauce??
I have tried it and found it no better than Sweet Baby Rays and it was quite a bit more expensive,so I have not went back. I also have tried Blues Hog and found it way too sweet for me....but don't let me scare you away from trying something new...i…
thanks for all the replies!!! I usually do mine at 350 with a plate setter, and I do use rub, usually red eye express. I usually do half a slice of bacon but not the thin sliced. Maybe that and the indirect heat are my problems??
Thanks for the info Grand!!! Sounds like a trip I want to take!!! Now I have to find out about getting passports and whatnot for the family. This will also give me an opportunity to get some Maple Leaf charcoal!!!!!
Is there a Niagarafest??? When is it??? I might make a trip with the family if there really is. I was thinking about the Toronto one, but Niagara would be cool!!!
With the set up you are describing...not a big one. I cooked a 21# turkey for T-giving in a roasting pan on a plate setter (legs up) and it just barely cleared the dome. If you put the grate on I would think that would significantly raise the bird…
