I don't flip either and I sauce on the side facing up on the grid with a brush. I do spin the grind once or twice 180 degrees during the cook.
I figure when doing ATB's I don't flib but I do sauce the top at the end of the cook for a few minutes …

Yep, but I did plug in the fridge now that I have gone a month only using the T.V.,computer and radio. Use a whopping 64 kwh of energy so my electric bill for the month is $23.42

I feel for ya so I guess if we have 49% humidity (maybe) it's still a dry heat. :laugh: Thanks, I will remember that as August is our when the humidity goes up some.

I love getting up at 4 and it's 86 outside and rising.

I don't do many parts often except wings and that's around 375 for an hour. How long do you thinks the parts to be done at the lower temp???
I always try to wash,pat dry and then air dry in the fridge for up to 24 hrs.
