We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. We especially love these Beer Pork Tenderloin and Ground Beef Acorn Squash recipes! Fall is upon us, and it's a great time for getting out to one of the many #EGGfests around the country - see a list here

  • Jeff in San Diego, I had the same experience on Saturday. Put a 12 lb. brisket on at midnight, my temp. alarm woke me at 2:00 AM - got up to 300. I cooled the fire down , went back to bed, but temp had gone back up to almost 300. At 6:00 AM, in…

  • RRP,[p]Been morphing trees since Moses was in high school. When I get that egg rigged up, I can eat my mistakes!! Re the initiation, I'll post a pitcer of the tatoo when the ink dries!
  • JSlot,[p]That's exactly the type of information I was looking for. I gotta get past the "gotta have the biggest" typical male attitude![p] Thanks to all for your input.[p]Dave
