  • BBBrew, Ive got your chicken cordon egg waiting right now for the temp to stabilize, I put a few italian bread crumbs into the plain bread crumbs. I'll post with the results.
  • hounddog, there are also fish flippers that do this, i have a square one with a handle, the whole basket opens up and a ring on the handle secures the opening. I never thought of using it for wings until now but will use it the next time i do wings…
  • Char-Woody, The next time I'd do this, I would probably pull it off after about 10/12 hours. Its probably a wee dry, a generous helping of JJs sauce made it eminently palatable.
