What you fail to grasp is that henapple buys bags at $4.07 and transports then sales at $4.00 per bag. Henapple makes his money off the volume, just simple business.
@Slobberdog In the past 12 years about 8 different houses, just not Lady on the Beach (nice house). Do you know Charlie Modica? Been working on him to get an Egg. Thought he was when we left last year.

Grear pics Chubbs! Coincidentally, we are at "our" Seaside this week (SWMBO, me, and the mini) for my birthday. We are not quite as warm as "your" Seaside, but it's sure great being here! Just hoping for some sun so we can put…

This from Tom's site: "The Mini 10 Woo Ring now fits the new 10" cast iron grid. The Mini Woo still works with the stock stainless grid and/or optional ceramic stones from Amazon."
Just check and see if …

I have been doing brisket burgers for a couple of years now. Just tell them you want X lbs ground from a brisket. I like to chop up red onion in it. Very good, hell it is the very best burgers.

@Mickey any updates on the silicone mat under the Mini? I figure while we're in some down time waiting for Egg Carten production again I could do some prep purchases.
Thanks
Will try to remember and check tonight.
Bet you can get 5 strips on there of 4 burgers or lots of dogs. Cooks so fast do in two cooks. Sausage works. Put on a butt and then do the extra after as it will all cook fast....
I got this from @Chubby about 4 years ago. It worked fine till the new stand came out. IMO now I would get the new stand or take the Mini out of the "old style" ring stand. I used HD Alum tape over felt in three places (at legs).
