  • Jeff J, I bought the medium and I love it, but there are times when a little bit more room when doing ribs or several steaks would be more convenient. I only have three in the family. With 5 people I would recommend you go for the large.
  • JJ, many thanks for the pointer. The roast was marvelous, I didn't do the salt shell, but the rest of the instructions worked wonders.
  • Spin, Now that is a great idea, use the bacon for lubrication on the brisket and then as the main course. I'll try that.
