  • Tim Pratt, Cut the back out Spatchcock style and put it in a big plastic bag( put in BBQ sauce leave 4hrs) and cook like you would normaly. The just before you take it off brush on extra BBQ and glaze on BBQ you'll love it.

  • Smokin Joe, I just cooked the same tenderlion and it turned out great. But make sure you make the sauce also. It really made the final touch. Used no smake and it cooked about 40 min. and my wife and I ate all of it at one sitting.

  • BucsFanJim, The only thing that makes me nervues is it has alot of room inverted around the fire ring. I am afraid of having it fall into the lower part?
