Since they have never tried Egg Food, they should try some Ribs, but you don't seem to have the time. I would suggest Q'ing a rack of Ribs the day before and reheating them when you do the slow sausage cook in the beginning. Nothin'like…
Those ribs look FINGER LICKIN' GOOD !!! I'll probebly try a dry rub for 6 hours then coat them with the spicy grilling sauce (which is vinegar based) overnight, then try the mop during the last hour. I'll post my results.
