Got our KCBS competition spread going on today. I sure miss Mike. I used to talk to him once a week at least. He was the first person I called after a bbq contest. Rod Anderson second. Two friends gone in one year.... it has not been fun.

We had a similar experience our first contest with a third overall placement at a non sanctioned event. Sanctioned events and the bigger hitting teams that show get harder but we keep getting better. Sounds like your hooked like we are. Good luck…
