National BBQ Month sure was tasty! We hope you got to try just as many new BBQ recipes as we did and some old favorites as well.   • TXGDS,[p]I have an XL EGG and I have done four full racks of Spare Ribs in the past and had plenty of room to spare in the Egg. You can never go big enough. In fact, I am thinking about getting a second XL EGG soon...[p]Craig
  • AlaskanC, Thanks for the tip. Low and slow was the next thing I was going to try, which surprised me that the recipe that was in the book that came with the Egg cooked the ribs in 2.5 hours.
