  • Taken with a cell phone so pardon the quality. This is a Pine Barrens Tree Frog only found in the NJ Pine Barrens. Has a great sound, very cool to hear and even nicer to find.

  • While I might be a little biased as I cook with Nature Boy on the Dizzy Pig team I love Dizzy Pig rubs and bought them all regularly before I was on the team. Cowlick is my favorite on steak, Dizzy Dust or Raging River on pork, Tsunami Spin or Shak…

  • Quote Nature Boy - "We'll try and not suck!" Indeed!
  • You are both in my prayers.
  • Worse stuff I ever bought. It works OK, and just OK, on low temp cooks but anything higher than 250 or so it sparks for the entire cook. Nasty stuff that I will never buy again....wouldn't even take it for free. I have been getting my lump at RD…
  • Just did some with Tsunami's great on shrimp and scallops. Chuck
  • It was great seeing you and Teresa are always welcome to hang out with us. Thank you sooo much for the salmon. We had it for dinner tonight done on the egg with pineapple head. It was maybe the best salmon I have ever had, an aw…
  • I don't have the exact recipe but I do remember it being oh so good. I know it was ground rib trimmings seasoned with Red Eye Express and some Maple syrup with more Red Eye on the outside. I wish I had some right now. Chuck
  • Happy Anniversary!! Looks like you certainly packed in a lot in one year. Chuck
  • It was really good. I may try it rice out next time and sprinlke a little rub on the rice. The Sriracha went really weel with it. BBQ sauce was not as good. Definately worth the effort.

  • I too will be praying for them. Please let me know how they are doing if you hear anything. Chuck
  • I have done them with chicken but use Shakin the Tree instead of Cowlick for the seasoning. I forget where I bought them but I used chicken "chip steak". Basically very thin slices of frozen chicken breast. You could slice it fresh yourself but y…
  • Thanks for the kind words. It looks to me like Anne and Del did a great job. Chuck
  • Nice job on the cheesesteaks Anne!!! They look perfect. Those ABTs look really good too. I haven't done them for awhile and never with shrimp. Produce junction tomorrow for some jalapenos. Adorable Granddaughters that I assume made your Mothers…
