Hey Jason. There's two pho places in Beltsville, less than a mile apart. I usually go to the one in the shopping center that has a Quiznos and a pet store (I think PetCo).
I very rarely have lunch in Beltsville since I work in DC.
Playing the harmonica (including with a blues band every year at the Waldorf Eggfest), reading, movies, cycling and Krav Maga (just started that this summer - it's a great workout and self defense method).
That's one of the reasons why I don't own a platesetter. I use a foil pan and a second grid (sometimes over a pizza stone) for indirect cooks. When I'm done, I can easily remove everything to add charcoal or wood, switch to indirect, etc.
IMHO, the wings are a special treat, reserved for the chef, for him or her to eat while cooking. :evil:
When I cook a spatchcocked chicken, the leg quarters usually come apart from the rest of the bird while cooking. The final cooked chicken is …
