Today wife didn't wanted smoky cooked foods so I had to put foil in half the rack and used the top rack to cook the food and it worked right.

Hey that was kinda neat on those "kits" for the bge. I gotta ask about using the Dutch oven on it, how do u control the fire so it doesn't get so hot? Do u open the lid of the bge to stir the stuff in the Dutch and close it or just …

No you don't want to use the oven in the house to season. You can just oil it and throw it on the BGE turn it upside down and cook it for an hour or two and leave it on until it cools or over night.
I don't use soap ever on it, just a stif…

Now u guys got me interested to try. I'm thinking about using "Bob Evans" breakfast sausage using the rub on it. You said warp it in foil for an hour... did you mean when we take it off the egg then warp and let it sit on the countertop?…

That sounds great! Now u got me asking about the corned beef that comes in those plastic warps, some have those spice and some none, which one did yours come? Another question on those spice what's in there?
