We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! This week, we’ll be making these two burgers: Stuffed Portobello Mushroom and Caribbean Chicken, and also eating lots of these Ice Cream Sandwiches in honor of National Ice Cream Month!   • Indirect as I've only done wings and pork chops, so nothing involving a cook time of over an hour. I'd include a pic but the egg is preoccupied right now. ;)
  • Doing pork on the egg changed my family's misconceptions about pork. I would take it off at 140 max and just let it rest. My wife is the same way. Just let her try yours and then hers. Problem solved

  • 350 indirect for about an hour, depending on size, has always worked for me. Major face palm when relatives that were visiting didn't know that there's better ways to cook a chicken breast than to grill it to death.
