We’re feeling pretty super, how about you? The big game is fast approaching, and while we love football, we love an excuse to invite people over and cook even more! You too can cook like a champion with recipes from Dr. BBQ’s NFL Gameday Cookbook: Grilled Tuna Sandwiches from Seattle and Baked Brie from New England. Who’s going to win? You’ll have to cook both to find out.

The 17th Annual EGGtoberfest was amazing - here are the highlights Click Here

  • Agree with SMITTYtheSMOKER, I made burnt ends out of my brisket from Sunday and chopped them up yesterday and reheated with sauce...best chopped beef sandwich ever!
  • I used to foil mine all the time on my offset smoker.  I've had my egg now for 4-5 weeks and already done 2 briskets.  Didn't foil either and they turned out great.  Don't think there is a need to foil on the egg.

  • I cook for 4-6 regularly and couldn't decide between the L and XL.  In the end went with the XL because it was only $200 difference and I'm glad I did.  I cook alot of pizzas and briskets.
  • It's a beautiful table, saw it this weekend.  Dealer said they couldn't find pricing or availability for XL?
