  • Agree with SMITTYtheSMOKER, I made burnt ends out of my brisket from Sunday and chopped them up yesterday and reheated with sauce...best chopped beef sandwich ever!
  • I used to foil mine all the time on my offset smoker.  I've had my egg now for 4-5 weeks and already done 2 briskets.  Didn't foil either and they turned out great.  Don't think there is a need to foil on the egg.

  • I cook for 4-6 regularly and couldn't decide between the L and XL.  In the end went with the XL because it was only $200 difference and I'm glad I did.  I cook alot of pizzas and briskets.
  • It's a beautiful table, saw it this weekend.  Dealer said they couldn't find pricing or availability for XL?
