Ran butt overnight at 220 using CyberQ. Started at 10p. Ozark Oak Lump with 50/50 Apple and Hickory Chunks.
Temp ranged from 215 - 225.
It's 10a and butt temp is 167.
Not going to peek at her until she hits target temp 200.
We did a 6lb Brisket overnight Friday on a MBGE. Loaded it up to the level of the platesetter, and set our DigiQ to 225. It cooked for 15 hours until it was perfect. Had a little less than half the lump left when we pulled it off.
