We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! This week, we’ll be making these two burgers: Stuffed Portobello Mushroom and Caribbean Chicken, and also eating lots of these Ice Cream Sandwiches in honor of National Ice Cream Month!   • Thanks again for all the tips.  I wound up going with the pie pan and sand.  Smoked butts for 12 hours then another 2 in the over on very low to keep em warm.  They turned out great! Thanks, Harper

  • Thanks for the responses.  I am trying to figure out how i am going to rig a DIY plate setter to get through this cook.  I will definitely be purchasing one soon!
