Hi There, bought my LBGE a weekand a half ago, I think I'm in love.  So far have cooked pork ribs, korean short ribs, sweet potatoes, asparagus, 2 flattened chickens,(I think you call them spatch cock), culotte steak roasts, garlic spears and garlic potatoes.  Thanks to the forum members my meals have come out fantastic, I lurked for a bit and learned soo much, thanks everyone
