  • Been loving The Byrds Sweetheart of the Rodeo.... Gram Parsons at his finest B-) Grievous Angel is a bit stronger, IMHO. Return of the Grievous Angel is one of my 5 favorite songs of all time.
  • Don't eat yellow snow. Watch out where the huskies go.
  • Never get involved in a land war in Asia.
  • Something new for me:

  • Thank you all for the recommendations! Unfortunately, it was determined that I should fly home after my meeting tomorrow, so instead of wrapping up my day at 3:30 and exploring the city some, I will wrap my day up at 3:30 and drive to the airport, …

  • @RRP - you've never seen cheese on chili? I don't think anyone is suggesting using it as an ingredient during cooking, but as a garnish or topping.
  • You can substitute turkey for the beef and be a little healthier, but @BRush00 is right, don't load it down with tons of cheese and you're gonna be fine. I'd agree with this, chili is also a time you could use 90% or higher lean ground beef, you w…
  • The Simply Marvelous cherry rub is great! +1 on this. My seven year old would sprinkle this on yogurt or cereal if we let her.

  • Looks great! Love the reverse sear, when I don't have tons of meat, I use the two level grid and the pizza stone as the indirect piece. Much easier to pull that than the plate setter.
  • I'll move on to wine with dinner, but while I'm doing some cleaning and food prep:
