We hope you had a hoppy Easter and are ready to spring into warm weather cooking mode! There’s nothing better than spending time outdoors with the sweet aroma of fresh cooked Ribs. Baseball season is also underway, so it's the perfect time to try out some chicken wing variations! We have Jamaican Jerk, Lemon Pepper, Fired-Up Wings and even a Whiskey Onion and Chicken Steak if wings aren't your thing. Bon appetit!

  • Alright, thanks! Will do! I had just been doing steaks and burgers for the moment (cooking for 1) so it had been working out perfect with it that low.
  • Should I fill it all the way to the firebox line?
  • I got a nice set of baby backs at the grocery store this morning to cook tomorrow.  I found the carwash recipe and some rib rub by Meathead. Anything else I should know or shoot for?

  • Sounds wonderful, I'm going to have my parents over for the first cook so the spatchcock chicken should be a good fit. Thanks! Also, I am from Michigan so it's a little saddening to see a large majority being from the South since I wouldn't be abl…
