It’s almost football season, so we’re perfecting our favorite tailgating and homegating recipes! Whether you like hamburgers, wings, brats, ribs or something cooked with beer, we have everything you’ll need for the perfect tailgate party. We always like inviting friends to join our tailgates because the EGG is about community and having fun, so make sure if you’re inviting company you make extra - the food will be gone before you know it!   • Pork Butt cooked from 0730 - 1700 hrs. Today......had to adjust temp. Several times. Everyone loved it. Wrapped in tin foil one hr. before removing.......so juicy and tender........it was almost to good to eat....... Thanks for the help today.

  • I'm in Augusta, Ga....there is an ACE Hardware that sells, lump charcoal, i works very well...no odors to be concerned with, burns good, and plenty you can re-use.

  • Doing better....I got the temp down to approx. 210 ...it's been steady for about 1hr........how long should I cook...it's 4.8 lbs. Thanks for the help.
