Hi there-If I recall correctly you are in the Louisville, KY area. That said, if you are interested in Wicked Good Charcoal, they have a local distributor in Sellersburg, IN-go the the wicked good web site and look for the Indiana dealer. While on lump-where do you order your Ozark Oak?

Just returned from Alaska with 200 pounds of salmon and halibut fillets. I've only had my BGE for a few weeks but wild caught salmon and halibut is OUTSTANDING on it. Salmon is excellent with light amount of soaked alder wood both direct on grill and on planks. Halibut is very good with lemon butter...it cooks very quickly.

OK, I new. I seared my steaks last night with bottom vent wide open and top off. I not only seared them but I singed them a little. I went 4 minutes on first side...probably too long, right? They turned out good but I think I overdid side one...comments?
