I just did two remarkable pizzas on my medium. Place setter legs down 500 degrees and I simply used a metal pizza pan - the aluminum one with a million holes in it. 18 to 20 minutes for a loaded pie. It was beautifully melted on top and had that grey/gold crust underneath. Delish.
