We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. We especially love these Beer Pork Tenderloin and Ground Beef Acorn Squash recipes! It's time to think about getting out to one of the many #EGGfests around the country - see a list here

If you ever wanted to get rid of your DigiQ what would you want for it?

If you decide to part it out I'd be interested in the DIGIQ and the Woo. Let me know. I think you'll have a hard time selling the entire package as awesome as it is together.

If you are doing one or two racks go straight on the grate membrane (removed) side down. Indirect with 250 dome. 5 hours with the rub and 1 hour with the sauce. They will be extremely tender but need teeth to pull them from the bone. The combination of rub and sauce is incredible. I use a liberal amount of rub. Let me know how it turned out!! Good luck
