    Spaghetti question:
yours looks GREAT! Is that really a Southern style recipe? It has far more ingredients than those commonly found up North in restaurants.

OTOH the thing that really bugs me up here is "spaghetti suppers" are very common fund raiser events. I mean there is one somewhere every weekend and sometimes two being held...BUT they consist of only spaghetti and some **** thin sauce! No meat, no lumps just slurping stuff! Then the other common fund raiser up here are weekend pancake breakfasts...no eggs, no meat just pancakes! Trust me I have not been to a spaghetti supper nor pancake breakfast more than once in 50 years!

Are those "suppers and breakfasts" common down South?

Thanks for the 4th of July wish! I turned 72 on the 4th so I guess that makes me a fire cracker for sure!
