My dome and grill temp.read about 225º,and the meat internal was 47º. I checked the calibration on my thermo on the BGE and it was very close to being on the money. My Maverick 732 seems as accurate as it can be. I didn't lift the dome during the whole cook. I'll give it another attempt on a larger brisket flat and my from our local Publix food store. I really appreciate all your constructive comments on my dilemma. Thank you!
