Steak Fajitas! Here we go, first post on this forum ...I received a Large BGE for Christmas, and have just started using it. First fire-up was a dry run, kept it right below 350 degrees, and was impressed by the relative ease of temperature control. Next fire-up was chicken drumsticks, followed a recipe that must have been written in Fantasyland (300 degrees, 5 minutes, turn, 5 minutes, turn then 8-10 minutes? More like another 30 minutes). SO, tonight was steak fajitas. Flank steak was on sale, so I picked up a nice 1.6 lb plece, found a recipe on line and went for it.
