Thanks for that nice post today! I appreciate it. BTW I just found the time to start on my steel! I hope to season it tomorrow using grape seed oil.

Hi - if you want in on the deal I'd like a commitment in the form of your full name and mailing address. As for the Rutland - do you know the diameter of Joe Jr? or is it the same as a BGE small? If so I can enclose it with your steel and that by itself will run you just $4.

      Hi Ron,
I'm in for one. Even with the shipping being more than the steel, it's still cheaper that buying a Baking Steel. Thanks for organizing this. I think the Joe Jr. is pretty close to the small - cooking grid is 13.5" vs. small 13". Total diameter of the Joe Jr. is 16". Name & Addy:
      Ryan Booth
      2144 37th Ave. NW
      Salem, OR 97304

Just let me know the total cost and I can send it over - I believe you do Paypal? Thanks again for going out of the way for a fellow Egghead. Cheers.

Good! Then you're in on the order! A small Rutland is what you'll need!
