We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling!   • Hello everyone.   I am having an issue with my egg coming up to temp.   It took about 20 minutes with the vents wide open and it came up to just under 400 when I put my bird on.  Cooking duck in a v rack with a drip pan direct.   It went down to 300 and is still only at 350 and the vents are still wide open.  Any ideas why it won't come up any higher?
