I have read some suggestions that you have made on the forum with regards to smoking brisket and it seems like you know what you're doing. I have done maybe 3 of them and was disappointed each time. They didn't turn out as tender as others that I have had in restaurants and I was never able to get a smoke ring on the beef either. If you ever have the time and could possibly tell me how you do it from start to finish, I would be very appreciative. My briskets did not have much of a smoky flavor either. I understand if you can not respond.
