We’re feeling pretty super, how about you? The big game is fast approaching, and while we love football, we love an excuse to invite people over and cook even more! You too can cook like a champion with recipes from Dr. BBQ’s NFL Gameday Cookbook: Grilled Tuna Sandwiches from Seattle and Baked Brie from New England. Who’s going to win? You’ll have to cook both to find out.

RRP here...your post got buried, but I'd sure appreciate any feedback whenever if my suggestion for fixing your alignment worked. I know the stacked quarters trick works for others. Thanks.

      Appreciate the help.

I ended up taking the bands and getting them loose. Loosened up the hinge and took the springs off. Held the lid down and re aligned it and the bands to the center. Put it all back together and it looked good until I cooked and the has a tiny bit of an under bite. Not bad though. Ended up tightening down while it was warm from a cook and it got much tighter an hasn't moved since. Gasket is working out better and by rubbing on the back end by the hinge and I can see the smoke stains on there and it's not too far off front to back now. Enough I can live with it for now.
