  • Looking for ideas for something to put on the egg today. Been doing lots of spatchcock chicken, pork chops and riveted lately. Need to try something new. Suggestions?

  • Did my second ever Spatchcock chicken tonight. Last time, I found the mesquite to be a bit overwhelming. This time, I used cherry wood. 375 for one hour. Amazing! You just can't get chicken like this st any restaurant. Feeling.... AWESOME!

  • So, fellow eggers, I just joined the forum. I got my lrg egg this past may, and have had a few really good cooks, and one disaster cook. I keep getting this message at the bottom of my page that says I need to confirm my email. I click the resend link, but never receive any emails.i am sure I've spelled it right and all. Any suggestions?
