Beer Butt Chicken Cooked some Beer Butt Chicken Saturday during the Ole Miss/Arkansas game. Used some Weber KC Rub mixed with Phil Robertson Cajun spice and they were awsome! super tender and juicy. Cooked indirect at 375 for 1.5 hours to 165 degrees. Tented with Foil and let rest for 30 min. Both chickens were gone quickly
