Endive was delicious Hi Folks - I've been stalking the forum for a couple of months now & thought it was time to sign on.  Thanks to everyone for the fantastic tips. Thought I'd share one...put some endive on the BGE tonight for the last 15 minutes of the cedar planked salmon - recipe from food and wine - cut in half lenghtwise, olive oil, S&P - absolutely delicious - cook to slightly charred.  If you haven't tried it give it a go. Cheers
