    I book marked your bread cook from 2013 from "Artisan Bread in 5 Minutes" and plan to make w/my lentil soup. You measured 32 oz flour for the recipe. Which flour and what brand did you use? TIA!!!

      Sorry for the delayed response, I haven’t been on the site in a while. I use all purpose flour, Usually the grocery store brand. I have used King Arthur on occasion but don’t really discern any difference in the results
