Spider - pizza stone - grate - raised grid.....I think I could of had 8 of these 6-8 lb butts on here.

I am cooking 3 - 7 lb buts on the Large BGE tomorrow. My question amount of smoking time. I normally cook 1-7 lb butt at 230 for 2 hours per lb. Should I plan on alonger cook with multiple butts ?

no...if not touching it will be the same. if touching don't worry, they will shrink. That may cause a slight increase in time. But at 250-275 dome with 3-4 jammed on a grid I am still at under 2hrs a pound
