Really FAT burgers & Romaines

Burgers were FAT, with chopped bacon, worcestershire, cilantro, cheddar cheese, mustard & bread crumbs...smoked in cherry wood, and Delicious :P 400* dome, 5/5/5 min.
...but the stars of the day were The Grilled Romaines....wowwwwwwwww just balsamic & cheese...1 min/side
Loren's brownies for dessert were a hit......
...well at least this guys seemed to approve..............
Cleaning up afterwards???? No problem.... this guy gets invited all the time :laugh:

I always enjoy your pictures...great looking food and family! I've never done the romaine before. Do you do cut side down first then flip it for balsamic and cheese? Just a light drizzle of balsamic?

TKS Rebecca, we get a lot of "thin" stuff around here, soooooooo "fat" seemed to be the order of the day...the kids...oh the kids...mmmmm they polished the fat ones too, I should think of them more often when I cook.... :unsure:
