I splurged and ordered the bbq guru digiQ DX today. Just one problem. They charged me twice for the one order. I have multi emails into them to get it resolved and get the 296.00 refunded but I have not heard anything from them yet.

    Don't take the bait Steve!! I just dumped a glob (official Arkansas measurment) on a frozen bacon and egg biscuit I had for breakfast. SMOOOOOTH! :laugh:

    Call them at 800 288 4878 in my opinion they are very friendly and professional. They are a great bunch. Tim ;)

    i just got off the phone with bbq bob.. your e-mail came in last night ,,they found it this morning and they are on top of it..

  • I received the email from bbq guru stating they are looking into fixings the problem. I know what happened I ordered online and when I clicked to continue the order and error came up and I was sent back to the begining scrren to enter all my info again. So I did and I got a double charge. oh well the guys at bbq guru are on too of the situation. It just put a damper on my weekend plans not having that money available at the moment.

    Terry, I would be happy to speak with you in regards to this issue. Your card wasn't charged twice and those funds should be available for you to use at your earliest convienence.
    The reason for the error message was an incorrect zip.

  • BBQ Guru's customer service is the best. My Problem was resolved very quickly. It was all my fault :blush: . I entered the wrong zip and it did not match my billing zip on the credit card. The transaction was denied but paypal mastercard still debited money twice. I gave them the info from BBQ Guru and they took care of it my paypal account has now been adjusted...

    Thank you Thank you Thank you BBQ Guru. I can not wait to use my new toy when it arrives :woohoo:
