Have you dabbled in the Dizzy Pig lineup yet? Dizzy Dust would be right up your alley.

Richard,
Are you feeling alright? -
We did some pork in Canada with the Big Green Egg Maple rub and mint. That is something I will always keep in my rotation. You could just use maple syrup or another sweet flavor rub.Molly

I see a lot of people answered with manufactured rubs. If you don't want to venture to the store I would use a mixture of kosher salt, brown sugar, sweet paprika, oregano, thyme, mustard, cinnamon, and cocoa powder. Try it!

It goes great with LONEY, why not ribs? hehe

I am a cooking purist by nature and believe meat has a wonderful flavor that need not be covered up. Cook them commando style and add sauce at the table for those that want a little sauce. A little salt and pepper prior to cooking never hurt.

my kids won't eat spicy or hot either. they will eat this on ribs though. 1/2 cup salt,1 tbsp black pepper, and 1 tsp ganulated garlic all mixed up and rubbed on prior to cooking.
