Starting to line up recipes for thanksgiving. going to have 20 people over for day after Thanksgiving. Ordered a 22 pound bird for the meal. I am going to brine the bird. Do I need to do this large a bird more than 24 hours?

24-48 hours. The last one I did I started on Tuesday night around 8 or so. Cooked it Thanksgiving day and it was fantastic.
