Went to Smitty's and Kreuz to try them both. Both amazing, I think Smitty's was a little bit better with one of the best ribs I've ever had. Kreuz had the best jalapeño sausage.
This is what's left after 2 dudes attack 3 pounds of brisket, spare ribs and 3 sausage links:

You are correct on not much left. On mine you ate the pictures also :ohmy:Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

And you passed by Blacks? Should have given that a try. I really like Smitty's. Can't comment on Kreuz. They always seem to be closed when we go through there.
