Best steak cook so far

For dinner last night, I grilled 3 bone in NY Strips and some skinless/boneless chicken thighs (We like to cook some for the week). The steak was rubbed with sea salt/cracked pepper on one side and DP Red Eye on the other side. The chicken has some Fiorella's Jack Stack (my most favorite KC BBQ restaurant for burnt ends) all purpose rub on one side.
Cooked at 600 using T-Rex.

Jack Stack is best...it is pricy but good. love their smoked salmon. I eventually want to try to smoke salmon on the egg but I know it wont turn out as good as theirs

I used to live in Silver Spring but the wife and I moved to Sterling, VA at the end of August when we purchased our first house. -
Thanks for the kind words, all. That was my third time cooking steak on the Egg and it came out pretty good. The wife was happy and has been happy the past few days with the left overs.
