Oh dear....well if you've only had one you're probably safe to run to the store and restock! You should also lay in a supply for tomorrow night too - trick or treat!!!

With the temp stable at 225 as it appears to be, there is plenty of time for a road trip to replenish the stocks, even if ya have to go all the way to Houston. I'd be leavin soon if I were you as that lame beverage aint gonna cut it on a low and slow. Drive Carefully.

We have the same problem with the Keg. How can it be empty? I got a new one 3 weeks ago :(I'm ashamed of what I did for a Klondike Bar.

I have not done a long overnight cook in a long time.
We will see how it works out. This is the same as my very first cook on my XL.
See you next weekend!
Dad went in Thursday for a look at his other knee. It started bothering him. (had a total on one a few weeks ago as well)
Scan showed calcium spur and they went in to clean it up.
Ended up finding torn ligs on both sides and had to cut them and reconnect.
He is very bummed.
How is big bird?
P.S. nice to know the "Coop" is fully stocked.Thank you,DarianGalveston Texas -
You must have read it wrong. The Coop is "Full'a Stuff"
You do realize that when Dad recovers from all these surgeries he will be able to kick your butt and get away with it LOL...
See you next weekend.

Not a big fan of Miller Lite as well. Tastes like skunky water with some hops added in. No taste, but will do when no other options are available!"The pig is an amazing animal. You feed a pig an apple and it makes bacon. Let's see Michael Phelps do that" - Jim Gaffigan

You were so amped up, thinking of the smoke and how good the meat would taste, you overlooked the intermediate needs.
