Yep. 400ish with pineapplehead. Also did a swamp venom batch.

Every year man, one of my favorite treats.

Separate seeds from pulp, rinse, then dry on paper towels for 3-4 hours. Toss in a couple tablespoons of olive oil and a tablespoon or so of seasoned salt or cajun seasoning and a teaspoon of sugar.

Lay out on wax paper or parchment overnight.

Next day, get the egg to 350&deg indirect. Toss the seeds in a little melted butter then on a pizza screen or in a cookie sheet and cook 25-30 minutes. Let cool and enjoy.

That's funny. I'm looking at a plate of pumpkin seeds right now. I was going to just put them in the oven, but.....

I've always thrown them out with the trash. B);)

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

Way more trouble than they're worth, Darlin'. Sorta like eggs or pancakes on the egg. Only worse.
