Plate Setter- Idiot!

Been a loving egg owner for several years.... such a tightass for not going with a plate setter..... just never thought she could get any better....bought one today and did my normal chicken wings with insane results.....
Going to do some shoulders tomorrow- cannot wait....
Really cool- like a chick that shows some new moves!!!

    Ha - I probably got you beat. I had my egg for 12 years without a platesetter. Never knew I needed one, then I got one as a gift. I use it from time to time, but mostly not, and still do pork butts in a roasting pan to catch the juices.
    Happily egging on my original large BGE since 1996... now the owner of 5 eggs. Call me crazy, everyone else does!
