We had Steak Last Night

Cooked some Amana Beef - Bacon Wrapped Top Sirloin last night. I was able to get the fire up to 650. First time ever. In the past I could only reach 550.

I'll attribute the 100 degrees to the new Rutland Gasket I put on 2 weeks ago and my lid seems to sit a little straighter than in the past.
