Shrimp on a Pizza Screen

Thanks to the genius that first cooked and shared the pics of shrimp between 2 screens. I thought the best part of cooking shrimp like this was being able to turn them all at one time (no overdone/underdone shrimp)
A little Olive Oil and BGE Green Pecan seasoning
All dressed up and ready to go
On the grill for 2 1/2 minutes per side
I would post a picture of the finished product, but the vultures attacked as soon as they came of the grill. They have no concern for the artistic value of the meal.

haha.. can't blame them...
grilled shrimp is best right off the grill..just barely cool enough to eat...context is important -
:HOw do you flip them?Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

It may not be clear in the picture, but there is a screen on the bottom and the top. I just grab both screens (pinching the shrimp in the middle of the 2 screens) and flip.

Put the rig on the grill by sliding across the horizontal from the side tray to the raised grid.
And use two pizza pans to flip the setup -- slide off the grill onto one pan using tongs, close them in the clamshell between two pizza pans, flip, and slide back across and on the grill using tongs again. Pretty simple.
